Ingredients
- 1 1/4c Gluten Free Flour
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 2t Baking powder
- 1/2t cinnamon
- 1/4t nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 2T maple syrup/sugar
- 1C Dairy Free Milk (Soy/Rice)
- 1/2T Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1C Blueberries
Method
Mix all together (to be checked). Pour/spoon into a hot fry pan. Turn over when brown and brown other side. Serve with accompaniments as required.
