Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4c Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 2t Baking powder
  • 1/2t cinnamon
  • 1/4t nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 2T maple syrup/sugar
  • 1C Dairy Free Milk (Soy/Rice)
  • 1/2T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1C Blueberries

Method

Mix all together (to be checked).  Pour/spoon into a hot fry pan.  Turn over when brown and brown other side.  Serve with accompaniments as required.
